Ingredients

  • Meatballs: 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork), 1/3 cup (40 g) breadcrumbs, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp milk, 2 cloves garlic minced, 2 green onions finely chopped, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • Sriracha Honey Glaze: 1/3 cup (110 g) honey, 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to heat preference), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Step 7:
Arrange meatballs on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm with toothpicks if desired.
