- Meanwhile prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat combine honey sriracha soy sauce and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook 2–3 minutes stirring until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted and glossy.

- Transfer baked meatballs to a large bowl. Pour glaze over and toss gently to coat.
- Step 7:
- Arrange meatballs on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm with toothpicks if desired.
