01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1 to 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

08 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

# How to Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
02 - Gently fold the diced strawberries into the oat mixture until evenly distributed, taking care not to bruise the fruit.
03 - Cover the bowl or secure the jar lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb liquid and thicken.
04 - In the morning, stir the mixture and add a splash of milk if you prefer a looser texture; taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
